How To Stay Motivated In Winter.

The days are getting shorter, darker and colder, eeek!

But if there's one thing we know for sure, it's that a spicy workout is even more delicious in winter.

Getting to the studio is the hardest part (from there it's all feel good moves and friendly vibes)
so we’ve put together a quick little guide to help get you out the door and into your endorphins.

STEP 1. MAKE IT A RITUAL

You are what you repeatedly do. So make movement a loveable little ritual. Book your classes ahead of time,
wear your favourite tights and top off your routine with a post-class treat (hello oat latte!).

STEP 2. REMEMBER THE BENEFITS

Moving your body is the ultimate form of self-care. It not only makes you stronger and healthier, but it’s also
is scientifically proven to make you happier.

STEP 3. STAY CONNECTED
When winter rolls around, it's not just workout plans that get cancelled. Social events take a hit too.
Coming to class is a low key way to find connection and community.

STEP 4. MOVE FROM HOME

Finished work late? Pouring rain? Just not feeling it? Roll out your mat at home and join us online. With classes
from 5 to 40 mins, you’ll always find something that fits into your day.
